My Virco Grill

Bringing two back in my truck.(600 miles round trip)

Dropping one off at Delray's House (We're pretty happy)

My Virco with it's dirty cover. (It needs a bath)

Cover Free! (Ready for a polish)

A look inside. (Some might think this is dirty, but the food tastes better every time I use it. I just heat the grates up for 5-10 min. on high and brush them off before I cook. A lot of the discoloring is from wood smoke. It will come off, but it adds a nice flavor.)

Another look from the end

A Close look at my tools

I thought some people might be interested in the tools that I use. They are VERY heavy! I got the five piece set from Sam's and as you can see, they are solid ss. One nice thing I like about them when comparing them to other sets at Lowe's and elsewhere was the rubber wraps on the handles. They are very "grippy" and they feel good in your hand with out slipping if you get some moisture or whatever on them. They were $29.00 for the set. The knife is nice and sharp too for testing those rib eyes!
